The Firm provides comprehensive assistance and consulting for the fulfilment of all corporate and accounting tax obligations related to ordinary business activities, including both direct and indirect taxation, and the implications arising from the introduction of new regulatory provisions, through a constant relationship with the client and regular updates.
The assistance and consultancy activities cover all accounting and financial reporting issues, including dealings with audit firms; significant expertise has been acquired through the study and in-depth analysis of issues related to the application of “International Accounting Standards” (“IAS/IFRS”), for identifying constraints, but also the opportunities provided.
The Firm also provides consultancy in corporate law, for all recurring legal obligations, as well as for new initiatives and the management of relationships among shareholders, including assistance in negotiating and finalising articles of association and complex governance systems.
Special attention is given to corporate groups, from preparing consolidated financial statements and tax consolidation agreements to consulting on all corporate and tax aspects that characterise Groups of companies.
