The Firm has a consolidated experience in advising companies, Groups of companies, lending banks and/or private debt investors, in complex debt restructuring transactions in its various technical forms, including those carried out pursuant to the Crisis Code.
Thanks to the in-depth knowledge acquired, the Firm assists clients, as a financial advisor, in relevant transactions at all stages, including the selection of strategic options available and the negotiation of all critical aspects of restructuring.
The professionals of the Firm also hold positions, in the context of the aforementioned transactions, as Chief Restructuring Officers (CRO) with oversight and guarantee functions for financial creditors.
